Gorgoroth - 2009 - Quantos Possunt ad Satanitatem Trahunt - Review

With this album "Gorgoroth" are back on old style, album is not very agressive, with melodic guitar riffs and very good quality of sound on the drums.
On 8 song "Satan-Prometheus" have perfect clean vocals.
On this album is completely different line-up, except "Infernus" who is founder of the band.

Gorgoroth - 2008 - Black Mass Kraków 2004 - Review

This DVD is filmed in Poland, in 2004 in content with very strange scenes, on the stage they had like "10 - 20" decapitated goat heads and few crosses which thery  spread naked mens and womens covered with blood, its a pure "Satanic" ritual.

Gorgoroth - Ad Majorem Sathanas Gloriam 2006 - Review

Terrebly strong album, this album is a complete masterpiece of "King ov Hell" this is the fastest album of "Gorgoroth" the drums poundinger was "Frost" and many felt his presence.

On 4 song "Sign Of An Open Eye" is clean vocal "Literal recitation" Lyric are based on the philosophical way, this album is very unusual for "Gorgoroth" and is last for vocalist "Gaahl".

"Gaahl" will never do vocal for "Gorgoroth" ( Because he is kicked from the band ).

The album was produced by Gorgoroth and mixed by Gorgoroth and Herbrand Larsen
in Bergen and mastered by Infernus and Thomas Eberger in Cutting Room, Stockholm
in April 2006. The drums were recorded in Lydriket Studio in Bergen in January2005 (Engineer: Geir Luedy). The guitars and bass were recorded in SteelProduction's studio in Spydberg in May 2005 (Engineer: Svein Solberg). Thevocals recorded in Earshot Studio in Bergen in March 2006 (Engineer: HerbrandLarsen).

Ad Majorem Sathanas Gloriam has been released in a limited edition digipack on
Regain Records. This edition features slightly modified cover art and a bonus
DVD which includes the uncensored version of the "Carving a Giant" video not
previously seen on MTV or YouTube as well as "The Making of Carving a Giant"
documentary. More information on the release is available via Regain Records'
website.

The title is Latin for "For the Greater Glory of Satan". It is a parody of Ad
Maiorem Dei Gloriam ("For the Greater Glory of God"), the motto of the Society
of Jesus, conceived by Infernus after having read an article on the
counter-reformation and the Jesuits. This is so far the only Gorgoroth album not
to have any titles and lyrics in Norwegian.

 Album is released by "Regain Records" in 19th June 2006.

Gorgoroth - Twilight of the Idols ( In Conspiracy With Satan ) 2003 - Review

This album is quite different than others and much darker than any "Gorgoroth" album.

3 song on this album "Exit-Through Carved Stones" is slow but is one of the most morbid songs of  "Gorgoroth" hals clean vocal at the end of song is great, and on song 4 "Teeth Grinding" vocal is great.

On this album is the "King ov Hell" composer was on most songs.

"King ov Hell" was composing track: 2,3,4,5,6. "Kvitrfan" is composed song 1 and "Infernus" is composed track 7 and "Outro" track 8. 

On the cover of this album is burned church from 12th century, Which is burned by "Varg Vikerness", the cover is supposedly banned in Europe.

The name of this album is also taken from "Nieztche book" ( Twilight of the Idols, or how One
Philosophizes with a Hammer ).

Album is released by "Nuclear Blast" in 21st July 2003, recorded is in May 2002 and in January 2003, mixed is in "Shimmer Recordings" in Bergen. Re-released is by "Back On Black Records" in 2006 as a LP, and is also released by "Nuclear Blast Records" in 666 copies in a special track together with a "Incipit Satan". With this album "Gorgoroth" was gained fame, because is diferent than other, is melodic with stuffy guitar riffs, so that has attracted the attention of other metal fans, and kept their.

"A World to Win" has attracted the most attention.

Gorgoroth - Pentagram 1994 - Review

The first Gorgoroth album "Pentagram" is released by "Embassy Productions" in 12th october 1994.
In this album guitar rifs are based on "subdivided" chords, and power chords.
Simply but very good combinations with guitars.
Vocal is very screamly so im sure you will understand nothing, drums and bass is classic story of black metal. They are two diferent versions of this album released by "Embassy Productions", one of them is with the logo band "Gorgoroth" on the black disc and second is black disc with the name of label.
In USA is released as a 1 long song this album all 8 were made as one.

Gorgoroth - 1993 - A Sorcery Written In Blood ( demo ) and Promo ( demo ) 1994 - Review

Oldskull black metal this demos and with good guitar rifs, but sound quality is not good, in both demos.
