Havohej - 2007 - Tungkat Blood Wand EP - Review

After 7 years of break Havohej release another EP, which is very dark.
This EP is especially dangerous for people with weak heart, EP contains ambiental sounds that looks like a thunder, from the distance, and vomiting vocals, drums are slow which reflecting the wickedness and malice.
"Tungkat Blood Wand" song is true vomiting on everything that breathes.

Havohej - 2000 - Man and Jinn EP - Review

This EP is as expected desecration and blasphemy with the worst possible sexual meaning, which goes into ritual.
Ambient sounds are reminiscent of the sound of fire or hell, faster drums add something which could be very violent in the sense of perverse, guitars and bass making just another dirty aura.

I - 2006 - Between Two Worlds - Review

This album and project opens new frontiers in Black Metal, but i can't say that this is pure black metal, however this is project leaded of Olve "Abbath Doom Occulta" Eikemo.
Even is this not pure black metal worth a listen, album contains great guitar riffs which that maybe a little reminiscent of "Bathory" and almost on all songs you can hear guitar solos.

A Forest of Stars - 2010 - Opportunistic Thieves of Spring - Review

Monday, June 14, 2010

Second A Forest of Stars album is great masterpiece of this band, it's more Psychedelic and texts sympathetic on sorrw, wisdom and nature.
Only with the first song I was delighted when i heard, especially with other, bright melancholic screams and a great pounding on the drums, and crossing are something which making me "chill".

A Forest of Stars - 2008 - The Corpse of Rebirth - Review

Saturday, June 12, 2010

This is first release of this great band, their fist album is very mystical, i see in this album great "hiddenly" in first listening i attented on vocals, it's pure sorrow, male screamly and grim vocals means despair on all, and female gentle vocals means tears and sadness at all over.
Texts are most cause of their depth, you can understand that when you see just names of the songs.
