A Forest of Stars - 2008 - The Corpse of Rebirth - Review

Saturday, June 12, 2010

This is first release of this great band, their fist album is very mystical, i see in this album great "hiddenly" in first listening i attented on vocals, it's pure sorrow, male screamly and grim vocals means despair on all, and female gentle vocals means tears and sadness at all over.
Texts are most cause of their depth, you can understand that when you see just names of the songs.

Texts are based on sense of mystery, wisdom, nature and about complete world teory!
Greatest cause of sadness in the instruments is violin in combination with bass, bass do really great job!
Devote attention on bass when you listen this album.
Guitar has a very strange riffs which are contained in the accords and zeros, and drums have slower and faster ( ace ) rhythms.
This album is released "Self-Produced" in 22nd January 2008, their self-released cd is limited on 100copies, released on by "IexMN" on tape is limited to 300copies, and is re-released by "Transcendental Creations" as CD digipack with a different artwork.
